These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") establish the standards of conduct for all users of the Udown platform. Our mission is to create a safe, respectful, and authentic environment where people can connect and build community. These Guidelines are designed to protect our users and ensure that Udown remains a positive space for all.
By using Udown, you agree to comply with these Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent bans, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.
Udown is a platform that facilitates connections between users. We do not supervise, manage, or control offline interactions. You are solely responsible for your own safety when meeting other users in person.
Udown does not conduct criminal background checks, sex offender registry checks, or identity verification beyond basic account creation. You acknowledge this risk and agree to exercise caution.
The following activities will result in immediate and permanent account termination and reporting to authorities:

We maintain absolute zero tolerance for any sexual content involving minors, grooming, or sharing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). All suspected cases will be reported to the NCMEC.
We prohibit credible threats of violence, promotion of terrorism, or coordination of violent activities. Credible threats will be reported to law enforcement immediately.
We do not tolerate bullying, stalking, doxxing (sharing private information), revenge porn, or extortion.
We prohibit attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition. We do not allow hate symbols or dehumanizing language.
We prohibit fake profiles, catfishing, romance scams, phishing, and multi-level marketing (MLM) solicitations.
Udown may not be used to buy/sell illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, or to coordinate any criminal act.
We prohibit sexually explicit content, nudity, pornography, graphic violence, and content promoting self-harm or suicide.
Creators must provide truthful descriptions, ensure events do not promote illegal activity, and comply with all local laws and regulations.
Events involving alcohol or gambling must clearly state so and comply with all age verification laws. Events may not promote or facilitate illegal drug use.
You must use your real name (or a consistent username) and photos that accurately represent you. Each person is limited to one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans is prohibited.
Use the in-app reporting feature or email support@udown.me. For emergencies, contact 911 immediately.
Actions may include warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent bans. We do not disclose the identity of reporters to the reported user.
If you believe an error was made, appeal to support@udown.me. We respond to appeals within fourteen (14) days.
Udown cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating human trafficking, crimes against children, and threats of violence. We will respond to valid legal processes, including subpoenas and court orders.
