UDOWN, INC. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

1. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE

These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") establish the standards of conduct for all users of the Udown platform. Our mission is to create a safe, respectful, and authentic environment where people can connect and build community. These Guidelines are designed to protect our users and ensure that Udown remains a positive space for all.

By using Udown, you agree to comply with these Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent bans, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.

2. SAFETY FIRST

2.1 Your Safety is Your Responsibility

Udown is a platform that facilitates connections between users. We do not supervise, manage, or control offline interactions. You are solely responsible for your own safety when meeting other users in person.

2.2 Safety Recommendations

• Meet in Public: Always meet new people in well-lit, high-traffic public locations.
• Tell Someone: Inform a trusted friend or family member of your plans, including where you are going and when you expect to return.
• Arrange Your Own Transportation: Do not rely on someone you just met for transportation.
• Stay Sober: Avoid excessive alcohol or substance use when meeting new people.
• Trust Your Instincts: If something feels wrong, leave immediately.
• Video Chat First: Consider video chatting with someone before meeting in person.
• Verify Identity: Look for inconsistencies that might indicate a fake profile.

2.3 No Background Checks

Udown does not conduct criminal background checks, sex offender registry checks, or identity verification beyond basic account creation. You acknowledge this risk and agree to exercise caution.

3. ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICIES

The following activities will result in immediate and permanent account termination and reporting to authorities:

3.1 Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation

• Human trafficking in any form.
• Sex trafficking or sexual exploitation.
• Solicitation or promotion of prostitution or escort services.
• Any form of forced labor or recruitment for exploitative purposes.

3.2 Child Safety and Exploitation

We maintain absolute zero tolerance for any sexual content involving minors, grooming, or sharing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). All suspected cases will be reported to the NCMEC.

3.3 Threats of Violence and Terrorism

We prohibit credible threats of violence, promotion of terrorism, or coordination of violent activities. Credible threats will be reported to law enforcement immediately.

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR

4.1 Harassment and Abuse

We do not tolerate bullying, stalking, doxxing (sharing private information), revenge porn, or extortion.

4.2 Hate Speech and Discrimination

We prohibit attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition. We do not allow hate symbols or dehumanizing language.

4.3 Fraud and Deception

We prohibit fake profiles, catfishing, romance scams, phishing, and multi-level marketing (MLM) solicitations.

4.4 Illegal Activities

Udown may not be used to buy/sell illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, or to coordinate any criminal act.

4.5 Inappropriate Content

We prohibit sexually explicit content, nudity, pornography, graphic violence, and content promoting self-harm or suicide.

5. EVENT STANDARDS

5.1 Event Creator Responsibilities

Creators must provide truthful descriptions, ensure events do not promote illegal activity, and comply with all local laws and regulations.

5.2 Alcohol, Substance, and Gaming/Gambling

Events involving alcohol or gambling must clearly state so and comply with all age verification laws. Events may not promote or facilitate illegal drug use.

6. AUTHENTICITY REQUIREMENTS

You must use your real name (or a consistent username) and photos that accurately represent you. Each person is limited to one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans is prohibited.

7. REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT

7.1 How to Report

Use the in-app reporting feature or email support@udown.me. For emergencies, contact 911 immediately.

7.2 Enforcement Actions

Actions may include warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent bans. We do not disclose the identity of reporters to the reported user.

7.3 Appeals

If you believe an error was made, appeal to support@udown.me. We respond to appeals within fourteen (14) days.

8. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT

Udown cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating human trafficking, crimes against children, and threats of violence. We will respond to valid legal processes, including subpoenas and court orders.
